Swaybone plays the everybody all at once All ages show.

Picture
Swaybone performed at this historic event on November 20, 2011, that brought together the elements of an all ages rock show, performances by kids, and a global peace/prior unity theme at the Humanist Hall in Oakland. Swaybone played songs from their new album “Life on Earth” to kids, families and fans, and got the people up and dancing.

This event was a real cooperative effort, with many people from the community serving to make it happen, and excellent performances from other artists, including C Wiggz, a piano playing rapper; Bunnybunns, a rapper with lyrical themes about cooking, punk rock godfather Henry Rollins, and her Guru, Adi Da; Garden of Lions, a danceable rock band from the North Bay; and the
Artface Performance Group, bringing modern dance to the masses.

Theo Cedar Jones served as both frontman for
Swaybone, and was the event’s main organizer.  Theo states, “The everybody all at once All ages show is based on the idea of prior unity, and creating a safe haven for beings that is free from division and difference. The everybody all at once All
ages show is also a space that is more aligned to what Swaybone is all about, which feels better than always having to play clubs where alcohol is sold and
kids aren’t allowed.

I hope we can create a lot more all ages shows, where kids and the pro bands can both play, and we can continue to spread the message of cooperation and prior unity.”

"Life on Earth".

After two years of work, Swaybone has released the most ambitiously produced album of their career. "Life on Earth" is the full realization of Swaybone's rich orchestration of keyboards, vocal harmonies, and layered distorted guitars.

"Life on Earth" features Rich Donegan on drums, Tony P on bass, Corey Stevens on keyboards, and Theo Cedar Jones on vocals and guitars.

The message on this album is Swaybone's strongest statement yet on World Peace and the need for a new paradigm of prior unity. The album is also a powerful evocation of Theo Cedar Jones' relationship with his Guru Adi Da. There is a clear intent on this album to bring a new light and consciousness to the world through the uplifting power of rock.

Swaybone unleashes the liberating power of rock to help humanity go beyond it's "dark age of tribalism" through prior unity and global cooperation.

"Life on Earth" is currently available for streaming at Soundcloud (see the MP3's link). The band is planning to have both digital downloads and free downloads available soon, in both compressed and uncompressed formats. The album will also be available as a CD in eco-wallet packaging with a booklet.

We look forward to rocking you live soon!
